Ingredients
  

  • 170 grams butter
  • 150 grams brown sugar
  • 350 grams dry fruits
  • 100 grams dry dates
  • 2/3 cups of orange juice
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 52 grams vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 210 grams flour
  • 1.5 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger powder
  • 1/4 tbsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp allspice
  • 100 grams walnuts

Instructions
 

  • First of all, add butter to a pan and include dry fruits, dates, brown sugar and orange juice one by one. mix them all and make a paste.
  • Secondly, add flour to a bowl and include all the ingredients.
  • Lastly, mix the flour powder and the paste. Make a batter of them and cook in the oven.

First, put 170 grams of butter in a pan to make a delicious and soft fruit cake.

Add 150 grams or 3/4 cups of soft brown sugar to the pan at medium flame.

Mix all the ingredients well and make a paste. Rest the paste for some time and add 52 grams of vegetable oil to a bowl.

Include three large eggs with the veg oil. Whisk them and put them in the dry fruit paste.

Add 210 grams of flour with a half teaspoon of baking powder in another bowl.

    This recipe is very good . I like to add brandy at the end and keep the cake covered in a cake tin for maturing.
