Ingredients
- 1 cup of chopped onion
- 1 cup of chopped garlic
- 1 cup of celery
- 1 cup of carrots
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tbsp dried parsley
- 4-5 pieces of chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp vegetable stock
- 1 bowl chicken broth
Instructions
- Add a half cup of olive oil with a cup of chopped onion and garlic in a pan.
- Include boneless chicken thighs with a bowl of chicken broth.
- Add two cups of rice and cook for ten minutes.
