Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of chopped onion
  • 1 cup of chopped garlic
  • 1 cup of celery
  • 1 cup of carrots
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tbsp dried parsley
  • 4-5 pieces of chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp vegetable stock
  • 1 bowl chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • Add a half cup of olive oil with a cup of chopped onion and garlic in a pan.
  • Include boneless chicken thighs with a bowl of chicken broth.
  • Add two cups of rice and cook for ten minutes.
