Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped garlic
- 2 big breast pieces
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup tomatoes and chilies
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 1 cup taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp chili powder
Instructions
- Take a crockpot and add chopped onion and garlic to it with salt and pepper.
- Add all the ingredients one by one and cook for twenty minutes.
- Shred the boneless chicken and cook for ten minutes.

- Take a crockpot, and add two big boneless chicken breast pieces.
- Include a cup of chopped onion in the crockpot.
- Add a cup of chopped garlic to the crockpot as well.
- Add a tablespoon of salt and a half tablespoon of black pepper powder.

- Include a glass of chicken broth in the crockpot.
- Also, add a cup of corn to make a better flavor.
- Add a glass of chopped tomatoes and green chiles to the crockpot.

- Include a half cup of taco seasoning for a better color and taste.
- To dissolve the seasonings add a cup of water to the crockpot.
- Cover the pot and cook the soup ingredients for twenty minutes.
- Cook until the water soaks.
- Add a glass of enchilada sauce to make the soup a little spicy.
- Take out the chicken breast boneless pieces from the crockpot.
- Shred the boneless pieces and then put them again in the crockpot.
- Cook the soup for ten more minutes and your chicken soup is ready to serve.
