Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Ghee
  • Ice water
  • 500- gram flour
  • 25- gram sugar powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 60 ml oil
  • 200 ml water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 kg chicken mince
  • 1 tbsp crushed green chili
  • 2 medium chopped onion
  • 1/2 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder

Instructions
 

  • First, take a bowl of ice water and include 1 kg of ghee in it to make a puff.
  • Secondly, add 500 grams of flour to a bowl, including sugar powder and salt to make a dough.
  • Lastly, cook chicken mince by including all ingredients. Put the chicken mice in the dough and cook it in the air fryer.

  • First, take a bowl of iced water and include one kg of Ghee in it to make the puff.
