- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 tbsp cayenne powder
- 1 tbsp seasoning salt
- 1 tbsp mustard powder
- 1 kg chicken breast
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp cayenne powder
- 1/2 tbsp seasoning salt
Instructions
- Pour buttermilk into a bowl, add all seasoning, and make a mixture. Marinate the boneless chicken in the mixture for one hour.
- Make a flour mix by including all seasoning, and coat the marinated chicken in the flour mix.
- Fry the chicken at medium flame. Put the chicken in the buns with the cheese and salad.

- Pour two cups of buttermilk into a bowl to make a milky chicken sandwich.
